Brian Decker

Founder & President

After completing formal education in a Christian school, Brian was privileged to work for several employers in which he gained experience at a fairly young age. This was followed by teaching school for three fulfilling years. After teaching, he went on to assist in the development of several successful companies including a couple of his own enterprises.

Brian has found that the passion for helping others is where the blessings in life are found. This is the basis whereon the guiding principle for Ventex was founded and resulted in the phrase, “Solutions you can trust, from partners you know.” Ventex thrives on mutual trust and friendship with customers throughout the years.
